Badaling Wild Animal World

With an area of 400-hectare, Badaling Wild Animal World is a large natural ecological park located at the foot of the Badaling Great Wall in Yanqing District.
Badaling Wild Animal World has designed 30 scenic spots and a small reservoir. Among them, there are 20 animal watching plots, 2 sports center and one holiday zone. About totally 47 families of more than 2,000 animals are feeding in the wild animal world. At the Badaling Wild Animal World, visitors could view the feral animals as lion, tiger, bear and leopard in a close distance by the tourist car at the 10 kilometers long serpentine mountain road; play with the mild and gentle animals like giraffe, zebra and macaque and the rare and precious white tigers in the verdant jungles will surly attract all the visitors. Besides, the nearby Great Wall with profound Chinese culture and history will surely touch and move ones deep heart. The Stone Buddha of Sakyamuni, which incidentally found by a shepherd, has still hunkered in the natural stone caves through thousands of years.
